宮崎市清水町にある懐石料理のお店「わらしべ」さんです。
大きな民家を改造して懐石料理のお店にしているのは
この前いった都城の「わらしべ」と同じコンセプトですね。
こんな大きな家があるんだ、ライトアップされた庭はとっても幻想的でいいですね。
今回は職場の忘年会で利用させていただきました。
料理は、前菜が
「蝦夷鹿みぞれ和え」「サーモン棒寿司」「栗渋皮煮」
「蓬麩田楽」「はまゆう鶏の松風」「蓮根きんぴら」です。
お造り 「日向灘の海幸 二種盛り」
焼き物 「海老雲丹焼き」
鍋物 「宮崎綾豚 根菜利休鍋」
蒸し物 「玉地蒸し 銀あん」
揚げ物 「烏賊五色揚げ 慈姑松笠揚げ 青唐」
酢の物 「水雲酢 紅白なます 胡瓜」

全体的にとっても上品な感じで、おいしく仕上がってます。
ちょっとボリューム感にかける気がしますが、懐石料理であればこんな感じでしょうか
最後の「とろろご飯」がちょっと以外でしたが、
〆には食べやすくていいですね。おかわりしちゃいました。
忘年会は若手が中心となって、いろいろ出し物があって、とっても盛り上がりました。
