本日訪問したのはわらしべ。
わらしべは宮崎市の中心部に構え、築70年の建物で懐石料理を楽しむことが出来ます。
入り口から趣のある玄関で中に入り石畳を進むとわらしべが見えてきます。その間には美しい木々が立ち並び、絶景の空間を楽しむことが出来ます。
わらしべは、地産地消に拘り、日南市板敷地区の自社農園にて、野菜、果物、花、枝物を社員自ら無農薬栽培、収穫し提供されているこのこと。今回は3700円の会席コースをオーダーしました。

鮪、鯛、鰤
鰤はまだ脂が余りのっておらず繊維感が強いですね。

鰆の西京焼
これは、、、正直脂が無く固さがあります。日を置いてしまっているのでしょうか。
肉
宮崎牛鉄板焼
宮崎牛を使ったお肉はシンプルに美味しいですね。さつまいもは最初から火を通しており美味しいが何故かかぼちゃは火が通っていないのが少し謎です。
揚物
飛龍頭銀あん
がんもどきのこと。これも残念ながら味覚に訴えかけるものがない。

全体を通して、珍しく印象に残ったものは特にありませんでした。最後のクリームブリュレに関してはこの佇まいなら和菓子系でいくのがベストだと思います。ご馳走様でした。
