Charcoal-grilled chicken, miso-grilled chicken, chicken soup
---Review from August 2013--- I always use Torinosato. There are many restaurants in Miyazaki City where you can eat the famous "Momoyaki", and I myself have tried [a:45000079, Maruman Yakitori] and [a:https://tabelog.com/miyazaki/A4501/A450101/45000049] /dtlrvwlst/B109541561/?sby=D&use_type=0&PG=1&smp=2&lc=0&srt=vote. is. The three dishes we received this time were "Chicken A Course", "Chicken Misoyaki", and "Chicken Soup". I tried combining course dishes with the aim of serving a wide variety of dishes in small quantities. The taste, quantity, and CP look good. Why do you always choose Tori no Sato? Considering this, 1) Maruman Yakitori is not good at "grilled thighs with bones". Whether I use a fork or a paper apron, I don't like getting my hands dirty. The locals of Miyazaki, whether male or female, are amazing because they each devour a 350g bone-in thigh grilled chicken with their bare hands. Recently, Maruman Yakitori has become available with boneless chicken, but each piece weighs 350g, which is still a lot, so I prefer charcoal-grilled chicken (small 220g) + miso-grilled chicken (small 220g). I like Torinosato where you can enjoy two different flavors. Torinosato has a more extensive menu. . . 2) Gunkei is deducted from the high branding of "Momoyaki" to "Miyazaki Jitokori Premium Momoyaki". I'm sure that "Miyazaki Jitōdori" is delicious, but it's too expensive. I understand the producers' high value-added strategy, but I'm disappointed that the price is not much different from what I would eat in Tokyo. Even if it's not the "Miyazaki Jidori" brand chicken, I think Miyazaki's Jidori chicken is cheap and delicious, and it's more satisfying to eat at a restaurant that has traditional roots in the local area. Well, there's probably a reason why you keep going to a store. --- Chicken course A (2,200 yen): chicken sashimi, tataki chicken, offal and chive stew, charcoal-grilled Sushi, chicken sushi, chicken nanban, chicken soup Miso-yaki chicken (small) (900 yen), chicken soup (\200)

The first visit was in 2001. At Torinosato in Miyazaki City, the ``Chicken A Course'' has a good CP, but it's reasonably priced even if you order a single item. This time, my 9th visit, I enjoyed ordering my favorite dishes: "charcoal-grilled chicken," "miso-yaki chicken," "grilled chicken and eggplant with cheese," and "chicken soup." First of all, we had "charcoal-grilled chicken" and "grilled chicken with miso." This dish is characterized by a large variety of small quantities. You can choose a <small 220g>when ordering momoyaki, so even if you order two flavors, it will only be 440g. In this case, stomach resources will be allocated to other dishes as well. [a:45000079, Momoyaki from a specialty store] is also delicious, but the problem is that each piece is a lot. "Charcoal-grilled chicken" has delicious chewy chicken thighs. After all, when you come to Miyazaki, you'll want to taste Kono. You can enjoy the salty taste of the charred skin and the delicious flavor of the charcoal-grilled fat. "Miso-yaki chicken" is the miso-garlic version. Miso-garlic flavor is rare at momoyaki restaurants in Miyazaki City, so it is recommended for people who want to enjoy multiple flavors. Next is "grilled chicken and eggplant with cheese." A rich and rich oven-baked dish made with plenty of eggs and cheese. The flavor of the chicken/moisture of the eggplant permeates through and is delicious. It's not just eggplant. I'm happy to see the tomatoes popping up every now and then. Last is "chicken soup". It's a soup made from chicken stock. It has a light salty taste. If I don't drink this, I can't get enough of it. This is one item. By the way, in my case, I usually pass on chicken sashimi and chicken tataki because I eat them mostly in Kagoshima. Also, in the past, I have compared the chicken nanban at Torinosato and Ganso [a:45000012, Ogura Main Store]. Ogura Honten's tartar sauce has a strong sweetness and low acidity, which means it has a unique personality and a history, which makes it different, but differentiating doesn't necessarily mean delicious. On that point, the chicken nanban at "Tori no Sato" has the sour tartar sauce that I'm used to eating, and I like the crunchiness of the onion/celery/parsley. Is it necessary to eat "Chicken Nanban" every time in Miyazaki, not just Torinosato? That's why I avoided ordering this time. You should eat in Miyazaki at least once as it is the birthplace of the dish, but I feel that from the second time onwards, it is enough to eat in your hometown (in my case, Yokohama). Unlike "Momoyaki", I think "Chicken Nanban" is a food that is difficult to differentiate by region. Thank you for the meal tonight. Please let me come again. --- Charcoal-grilled chicken <small 220g>(\1,150), miso-grilled chicken <small>(\1,150), grilled chicken and eggplant with cheese (\1,450), chicken soup (\300), appetizer <chicken Grated skin, cabbage>(\250x2)
