I actually wanted to go to a store near the hotel, but there wasn't really anything around Seagaia Hotel, and there were a lot of unnecessarily expensive stores on the hotel grounds, so I went there by car. I was looking for a restaurant where I could eat Local Cuisine, and I found a restaurant called Torinosato. It has a long-established feel. It has a very nice exterior with an atmosphere that doesn't seem strangely capital-oriented. The first floor has table seats and counter seats. It's very crowded. It seems to be very crowded. I made a reservation a while ago, but I feel like I was able to get a good seat. The second floor is a tatami room. I was allowed to go to the second floor. There are up to 3 floors, but I don't know what kind of seats there are on the 3rd floor. You can tell that the people around you are local by the intonation they speak. The Miyazaki accent is very similar to the Tohoku accent and sounds familiar. I've heard that dialects form concentric circles around Kyoto, but is that what they mean? The tatami room is not a horigotatsu style, but a normal sitting style, so it may be difficult to stay there for a long time. Ponzu sauce and two types of soy sauce are on the table. The area with sweet soy sauce is typical of Kyushu. The menu is centered around chicken dishes, and ranges from Local Cuisine to regular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu items. The menu table is posted at the bottom. ■Oolong tea (220 yen) This may be the first time in my life that I drank oolong tea at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). It may be the first time in my life that I go to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and don't drink alcohol. This is what happens with cars. This is a phenomenon unique to local travel. I thought I couldn't drink a lot of oolong tea. ■Appetizer Cabbage. The seasoning is probably ponzu sauce. When I looked at the bill later, I couldn't find the tote charge. I wasn't sure if it was really service, but I apologized and didn't even drink alcohol. ■Tataki (660 yen) Fresh garlic and lemon. Served with raw onions. The base of the flavor is ponzu sauce. It smells like charcoal. The onions weren't spicy and the chicken was cooked just right. ■Charcoal-grilled chicken 220g (990 yen) The elasticity of the chicken is irresistible. It's nice that it has a lot of different parts. I think the amount of salt would be just right if there was alcohol. It might be a little too flavorful to eat normally. I ate it thinking it was Miyazaki Jidori, but there was a separate menu that said "Miyazaki Jidori...". This one is cheaper. And this one is delicious too. ■Chicken Sushi (605 yen) The rice is large. I also feel that the thinner the chicken, the better it would be for Sushi. This was another one. By the way, it is not possible to make it into 4 pieces. It seems surprisingly inflexible. ■Chawanmushi (385 yen each) A type of chawanmushi made with shiitake mushrooms. Contains chicken and fish balls. Fishballs are like oden. The soup stock is a little weak. ■Onion salad (440 yen) It seems that the order was not accepted. When I checked, it appeared in a hurry. I could have canceled it. The salad came last. Tastes like sesame sauce and ponzu sauce. I couldn't even drink 2 cups of oolong tea, let alone 3. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) without drinking. I felt like I was Goro Inogashira. This seems like a good place to enjoy Miyazaki safely. === [Order] As above 1,920 yen per person ■Chicken ■Chicken/Fish ■ Other dishes ■Free range chicken/Course/Drink
