開店直後で、カウンターに座りました。
鳥刺し、たたき、チキン南蛮、炭火焼きを注文。生ビールもいただきます。
ビールは冷えてとても美味しく、最初に炭火焼きが運ばれ、柔らかい方を頼んだのですが程よく噛みごたえあり弾力のある柔らかさです。鉄板で熱々、量もあります。
たたきは鶏の旨みと弾力が良いです、続いて刺身。
まあこれは言うまでもなく、美味。鶏の甘さ、噛みごたえ。砂肝刺しがとても美味しかった。
チキン南蛮はビールの進む美味しさ、甘酢とさっぱり感とタルタルと鶏のジューシーぷりぷりの肉質が最高です。
最後はおにぎりをいただき、胡麻塩の白おにぎりが締めに最高でした。
宮崎についてからお店を検索して伺いました。電話予約もスムーズでした。
開店後はまだ私たちと数名くらいでしたがあっという間に満席になりました。
宮崎の良い思い出の一つになりました。
