博多名物のモツ鍋食べながら、また打ち合わせすることに。
またまたこちらも駐車場完備のモツ鍋屋さん。一軒家のように建ってるので目立ちます！！
宮崎の地理がよくわからないですが、結構大きな道路沿いにありました。
クレイトンハウス 大島本店とは、同じ通りな気がします。
時間も早かったのか、店内はガラガラでした。
座敷に通される途中に、掘りごたつになっている席があったのが目についた。
通された座敷は、座布団だけだったので、堀りごたつがいいと言ったら、快くそちらに通してくれた。
2人とかは、座布団だけの席が専用のようでした。ありがとうございます。
醤油・味噌はニンニク入りのモツ鍋で、ニンニクなしは、ポン酢で食べるタイプだそうです。
もう、打ち合わせの後は寝るだけなので、心おきなくニンニク入りの醤油味にしました。
ビールでかんぱ～い（*^_^*）
友人は初モツ鍋だったみたいで、わくわくしてました！！
ほどなくして、だんだん火が通ってきて、キャベツがしんなりしてきましたよ～。
モツも出来上がり。

う～ん。美味しい。
東京でよくある感じです。ちょっと濃いめの醤油味。
冒険はないけど、みんなにうける味だと思う。
鷹の爪を入れて、もうちょっと辛くした。
モツもいいもの使ってる。美味しい。臭みなし。

餃子は鉄板に乗ってきました。アツアツです。羽付きです。
一人前10個。小ぶりなので、1人でもイケちゃう感じ。
中は肉汁の少ないタイプ、皮もモチモチ感がないタイプ。
さっぱりしてて、私は嫌いじゃないです。
ただ。最後の1つは冷えていたせいなんだけど、ちょっと肉の臭みを感じた。
餃子はアツアツの内に食べてください！！
キムチも無難で問題ない感じ。辛すぎず・・・ね。
めちゃめちゃ美味い～！！ってこともないけど・・・・・。
ちょこっとモツ鍋食べて、ビール飲んで餃子食べて1人2000円だったら
全然いいんじゃないですか？？
味噌も試してみたいな。
