用事があってかなり遅い時間になってしまいましたが、通りがかったこちらのお店。
もつ鍋食べたい！と、急遽伺いました。
24時閉店のL.O23時ですが、入ったときは23時10分前。
店員さんが「すぐにラストオーダーですがよろしいですか？」と訊いてくれました。
もちろんOKだったので、最後の一組みでしたが快く通していただけました。
ビールと、もつ焼き、しょうゆ味のもつ鍋、ちゃんぽんを注文しました。
ビールがキンキンに冷えていておいし～い。
ほどなくしてもつ焼き、もつ鍋が運ばれてきました。
もつ鍋グツグツしている間にもつ焼きを食べます。
お、おいしい・・・！
ぷりぷりとしていてジューシーで、からんでいるタレもマッチしていて気に入りました。
かんじんのお鍋のほうも出来てきました。
まずはスープを一口。
ちょっと濃いめので甘めのしょうゆ味です。
個人的にはこういう濃い味のスープ、大好きです。
ただ、もっとニンニクがきいててもよかったかな。
鷹の爪を入れて辛くできるので、ニンニクの量も自分で調整できるともっといいかもしれません。
とはいえキャベツとも合うし、ごくごく飲めるくらいおいしい出汁でした。
もつもぷりっとしていて味もジューシーです。
やや小ぶりのような気もしますが、おいしさでは満足です。
なかなか美味しいもつ鍋屋さんでした。
