ここは以前から気になっていたお店で妻と一緒に行きました。
もつ鍋は味噌味、しょうゆ味、しゃぶしゃぶと3種類ありましたが、今回は大好きな味噌味にしました。
ここのもつ鍋は具材が鍋に入った状態で持ってきて、テーブルで作るタイプです。
味噌は赤味噌で味はまろやかでとっても美味しかったです。
にんにくと鷹の爪が控えてあるタイプなので万人受けの味だと思いました。
別注文のもつ鍋の具材で軟骨入りの鶏つくねは食感がとても良かったです。
また、もつ餃子は羽根の付いたタイプでとっても美味しかったです。
また伺いたいと思わせてくれるお店でした。
今年最後に良いお店に出会えたことに感謝したいと思いました。
