I wanted to eat Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), so I popped into Yamada-ya, which was nearby, for the first time. I ordered the soy sauce flavor...there were plenty of substitute vegetables as well. Champon noodles at the end were thick and chewy...and the rice porridge set. I ordered one and it was perfect for two people. The staff's customer service is also nice with a smile. The taste was as good as Hakata's Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot).
