Assortment of 3 types of local chicken
Mr. Zao, I use it once a month for drinking parties with friends. We have a lot of regulars and customers from outside the prefecture. I forget to take pictures every time I cook because of the alcohol. This time, we received vegetable salad, charcoal-grilled local chicken, 3 types of local chicken, Shima Rakkyo, assorted skewers, and chicken nanban. To be honest, everything is delicious. First of all, Mr. Zao is extremely cold throughout the year. I had a chance to talk with the master at a certain place, so I asked him about it, but I would like to see him cleaning the servers and glasses thoroughly every time so that he can drink delicious beer. Therefore, there is no odor peculiar to glass. The food is delicious and looks nice. The restaurant is fully booked on weekends. I especially recommend the pork rolls with tomato cheese. Each person eats three rolls each time. We also recommend the heart and vegetable skewers. I will upload more photos on my next visit. I wasn't sure if I should post this, but I definitely recommend this shop. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

On this day, I went to Nishitachi in Miyazaki City for the first time in two months. I came here for the first time in a while because I couldn't find time to meet my classmates. On this day, Nishitachi was a weekday, so there were few people. I made a reservation at 7:30pm the day before and headed to my destination, Zao! Even though it was a weekday, the counter was full and the tatami room in the back was also full except for the reserved seats. It's still a popular store. I said hello to my fellow sauna master and sat down in the tatami room. First, order a draft beer. We welcome you with an ice-cold glass all year round. Drink it up with a toast. It's exactly like Kaiji's line, ``It's freezing cold~'' (lol) I order more draft beer and order food at the same time. I ordered chicken tataki salad for 880 yen, charcoal-grilled black pork pork for 800 yen, three kinds of chicken sashimi for 1,400 yen, and warabi with ponzu sauce for 350 yen. The chicken tataki salad arrived promptly. Free-range chicken with a fragrant charcoal aroma. Also, the presentation was perfect. The sauce is on the bottom. I eat it with vegetables, and the chicken itself is delicious, but the skin is chewy and the flavor of the chicken fat really hits home. Assortment of three kinds of chicken sashimi This is an assortment of extremely fresh local chicken, served with sesame oil and salt. The breast meat is refreshing, and the liver is rich in flavor. Also, this sand zuri has a great texture and is delicious ~ The charcoal-grilled Kurobuta pork chashu is small in quantity, but it is lightly seared and served with mustard, and the fatty meat unique to Kurobuta is delicious ~ Ramen. I would like to use it as a topping. Also, the seasonal bracken with ponzu sauce is refreshing and gives you a break from eating. In addition, I ordered 5 cups of Kobiki Brew, cut lemon, and ice, and ordered about 20 skewers individually. From this point on, I had so much to drink that I forgot to take pictures. Zao-san also recommends Grilled skewer. Especially recommended is tomato cheese. A sour tomato is wrapped in sliced pork belly, and when you eat it, the sour tomato has a sweet taste that goes perfectly with the pork. If you go, please try it. I really recommend it. Also, the Kansai people next door were eating Miyazaki's Local Cuisine of charcoal-grilled, chicken nanban, and Grilled skewer, and were muttering how delicious they were (lol) Also, where is Shime's udon restaurant? I was asked what I would recommend, so I recommended Togakushi. On the way home, I took takeaway Grilled skewer as a souvenir from my favorite snack shop and left. It's been a while since I last visited my favorite restaurant, Zao, and today was another satisfying night. Thank you for the meal☆☆☆☆☆
