『食べログ うなぎ百名店2022』に選出された「うなぎ処 もりやま」さんに伺いました。
場所は宮崎県宮崎市。車で伺ったのですが「宮崎西料金所」から30分ちょっとかかりました。駐車場はあります。
木の温もりを感じる店内でテーブル・カウンター・座敷席とあるので、一人でも複数人でも料理を楽しめそうです。
こちらでいただいたのは以下の通りになります。
○うな丼
ホームページに「国産鰻を備長炭で焼き上げる」と書かれていたので楽しみです。
注文して１０分程で到着しました。
鰻は食べた時に厚みを感じつつ、ふんわり感もある食感。
炭の香ばしさもキチンとありました。
タレは塩味と甘味の両方を感じられるタイプです。
テーブルにもタレがあるので、足りない方は追加できるのは嬉しいですね。
○ご汁
お吸い物と選べたので、折角宮崎に来たのでご当地物にしました。
大豆の粒感は感じられないタイプで飲みやすかったです。
コスパが良かったです。ご馳走様でした。
