宮崎牛在住の知人に勧められ予約して来店。繁華街からは少し離れた場所にあります。
昔ながらのカウンター席とお座敷があり著名人の写真やサインがいっぱい。
こちらの名物シャン鍋は出汁にドンドン鶏肉だんごともも肉を足し、鍋の味変を楽しむお鍋。3人前なのですが団子の肉が多い笑笑
肉団子を作るのも一苦労ですがこのだんごもしっかり味がついてふわってしておりそのままでも美味しくいただけますし、タレのポン酢につけても美味しい。
お野菜は後から入れるのですが鳥出汁が広がるお汁に入れるだけでよーく味が染み込み美味しい。春雨もいい感じ。
〆の雑炊もついており始めの出汁からは想像できないほどの鶏のしっかりした味を楽しめます。
あと酢味噌で楽しむ生タコちょうど良きアテでした
ボリュームも味もコスパもよく、老若男女楽しめるさっぱりだけど濃厚なお鍋でございました。
これは私もぜひお勧めしたいお店です！
