I wanted to hang out at an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for a drink, so I went there and had the Masumori kamaage whitebait, homemade tofu, sesame salad, charcoal-grilled free-range chicken, and half chicken nanban. The charcoal-grilled free-range chicken is served with cabbage spread on an iron plate and served with a bit of grated autumn leaves. I thought it was yuzu pepper, but Miyazaki is different. I didn't study enough. The authentic one is not as hard as I expected and is easy to eat. Next is chicken nanban. That's right, I mistakenly thought it was chicken cutlet. I also learned for the first time that the chicken is fried in a thin batter. The taste of this meat is not good. Also, the tofu salad was delicious. You can relax by yourself, but I wanted to enjoy the atmosphere at the counter and enjoy Miyazaki for the first time, so my preferences are divided.
