アクアポットカピタンのこだわり
本店の料理はすべて手作り。既製品をまったく使わないお店です。 その中でも、本店人気の≪ピザ≫は、注文が入ってから、生地を丹念に1枚1枚伸ばし、４００℃にもなる石釜で焼き上げる本格派。 クリスピータイプのローマ生地、モチモチ食感のナポリ生地、どちらかを選んで焼き上げるのも、本店ならでは…。その日の気分で、お好きなピザを召し上がれ。 |

お店の外観や内装が南国風でオシャレ♪
ただ、あまり目立たないところにあるので通りすぎちゃうかも(笑)
そんなせいかお客さんはさほど多くはなかった。
さて、入って目に入るのはピザ用の石窯◎
ピザ窯の前で店員さんがピザを形成して焼くのを見られるのは嬉しいサービスですね。
ピザ生地もナポリ薄焼きとパン生地厚めも選べ、ハーフサイズにも対応してくれます◎
その他にも全て店内手作りのようでパスタやチキン南蛮も頼んだけどそつなく美味しいですよ♪
値段が多少高いので点数は控えめにします(^^)
