宮崎への出張の際、繁華街近くのホテルにチェックインし、１９時ごろに向かったお店。
鶏料理や蒸し料理が専門のお店らしく、お店の雰囲気もお洒落っぽかったので入ってみました。
この日は平日という事もあり、まだお客さんはまばら。
手前にカウンター席があり、奥にテーブル席が４つほど。それほど店内は広くないかな。
まずはお通しの酢の物が来るので、注文したらしばらくそれをつまみつつビールを飲みます。
それから早めに出来るじゃこおろしやサラダなどが到着。のんびりメインを待つとしましょう。
そして、お待ちかねのチキン南蛮が来たので、それを早速一口。
やはり宮崎のチキン南蛮は他とを全然違いますね～。鶏のムネ肉を使用しているのに、パサパサしないでやわらかく、ジューシー感が出てると言うか。
またお店ごとにオリジナルなタルタルソースがあるんでしょう。
ココのタルタルソースもまろやかな感じで美味しい。
さて、実はこのお店の一番のメインは「釜焼鳥」と言われる物。
堂々とメニューの一番最初に「おやどり」と「ひなどり」の２種類を掲載してます。
せっかくなので両方食べてみますかね。
という事で注文しておいたのですが、やはり中まで火を通すのが大変なんでしょう、結構遅れての到着でした。
鶏モモ骨付き肉で、専用のハサミで切り分けながら食べるようです。
まずは「おやどり」ですが、こちらは歯ごたえがあって、味はスパイシーな感じ。
ビールのお供にちょうど良いんじゃないかと。
そして「ひなどり」ですが、こちらはやわらかくてジューシー、にんにくで味を調えていて食べやすい味付け。
私はどちらかと言うと「ひなどり」が好みですかね？
それから焼酎のボトルを入れたのですが、５合瓶で１９８０円は安いですね～。
さすが焼酎の本場宮崎です。
結構飲まれる方にはお手ごろな値段かもと思いました。
ちなみに我々はちょっと飲み食いし過ぎてしまい、二人で８千円強ではありましたが、たぶん普通の人が飲み食いすれば二人で６千円前後で済むんじゃないでしょうか。
