宮崎出張の際、一度行ってみたいと思っていた塚田農場の本店にお邪魔させてもらいました。
この日は台風が通過した日だったのでたまたまお客さんも多くなくてすんなり入ることが出来ました。ラッキーでした。
まずはお通しから。これはスタイルがどこも一緒なんですね。キャベツときゅうりを特製の味噌で頂きます。
本店ならではの一品があると言うので聞いてみると、じとっこ刺し盛りとのこと。
これは注文しておかないと損でしょう。と思ったので早速注文して頂きました。
部位が６種類乗ってて、すなずり、モモ、ササミ、レバ・・・
あとなんだっけ？いや～どの部位も柔らかくて新鮮でホントに美味しいですね。
やっぱり地元の地鶏だから流通上、ココでしか食べれないんでしょうね。
その他頂いたのは、塚田農場の名物じとっこ炭火焼です。
これはたぶん、お店に来た方の大半が注文するんじゃないか思います。
これがまた美味しい。程よい塩加減で、柚子ゴショウをつけて食べると美味しいです。
そして、これを食べた後にサービスでじどっこ飯を頂きました。炭火焼の味が染みた鉄板からこういう味が出るのかとちょっと感心。
その他、チキン南蛮や冷汁風サラダなど宮崎名物のものを幾つか頂きました。
そうそう、熊本の店舗から２回目の訪問となった今回、もう課長に昇進してしまいました（笑）
昇進祝いと言って、サービスでポテトフライを頂いたり、何かサービス満点ですね。
これはまた行きたくなるのが分かります。
次は部長昇進を狙って行きますね。
