塚田のお味噌が美味しいよ〜〜 : Miyazakiken Nichinanshi Tsukada Noujou

I made a reservation for Saturday at 6pm. I really like Tsukada Farm and this is my third time here. This is my first time at the Miyazaki main store. I've been to Mito and Yaesu. It seems that there are seats on the right side as soon as you enter the store (I couldn't see it clearly).On the left side was the kitchen, with 6 seats at the counter, 4 tables for 4 people behind it, and a tatami room in the back. I was asked if it was my first time visiting the store, but when I told them that I had forgotten my business card (point card), I was told that they would give me proof of attendance and that if I brought it next time, they would give me points. *ﾟ∀ﾟ*) What we ordered (all tax excluded) - Jitokko (medium) 1220 yen - Tsukune salt 480 yen - Tsukada potato salad 380 yen - Sweet potato fries 480 yen - Crunchy maximum potatoes 480 yen (bonito flakes or sweet soy sauce)・Mango sour 460 yen ・Mikan sake (with soda) 580 yen ・Campbell Early 500 yen ・Kuro Kirishima (with water) 360 yen ・Appetizer 390 yen I was told that I could choose between vegetables or macaroni salad for the appetizer. However, Tsukada Farm is all about vegetables after all! I asked for vegetables. Drinks and appetizers of vegetables were delivered within a few minutes of ordering. It's delicious to eat it crunchy with plenty of miso in the jar (*´ω`*) Tsukada's potato salad came soon. The potato salad was delicious with plenty of eggs (*´-`) The Jitō chicken was hot and plump! I was told that it was cooked rare. It was delicious (*´ω`*) I always order the sweet potato fries. It was just fried sweet potato, but it was sweet and delicious (*´ω`*) I thought they used Miyazaki's local seasoning Maximum, but when I ordered it, it tasted like bonito flakes. I was asked whether I would like sweet soy sauce mayo... I used bonito flakes, so it tasted like bonito flakes and it was delicious.It was thin so it was crunchy (*´ω`*) I was hoping for a maximum flavor, but this one was delicious on its own, so it was okay. The salted meatballs were quite large, had a firm texture, and were delicious (*´ω`*) For a second drink, I tried Tsuno Wine's Campbell Early. It was sweet, refreshing, and delicious (*´ω`*) I also had my husband's Kuro Kirishima with water (my first shochu), but it tasted like water. I'd like to try it on the rocks next time. Garlic rice made with local chicken oil was served to me (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) It was heart-shaped (*´-`) It was delicious (*´ω`*) To finish off, I had udon noodles. I didn't have dessert because I was planning to go out to eat. There were about 3 types of desserts, and there were no sweet potato types. When you ask for the bill, there is a small dessert service. I received Tsukada's miso both times in the past, so I was hoping that I would receive it this time as well, so I was disappointed that I didn't receive it (´・ω・`) I had high expectations this time. It's the Miyazaki main store, so I was thinking that (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*). I would like to come again next time without any expectations and without forgetting my point card! !
