宮崎に行ったら食べるべきグルメ第1弾
空港着いて早速向かいました。
お初の釜揚げうどんです。
注文して数分で着丼！
艶やかなうどん。さぬきと稲庭の間な感じの中太麺です。
付け汁には揚げ玉入ってるんだ、ふむふむ。
薬味のねぎとシンプルです。
汁が薄まらないようによーくお湯を切って食べます。
シンプルだけど、揚げ玉がいい味だしてます。
おにぎりもいい塩加減。
麺食べ終わって、残った汁にどんぶりのお湯を入れ薄めて飲みます。蕎麦湯感覚。
最後まで余すことなく食べれる宮崎の釜揚げうどん。
美味しゅうございました。
