自社育成ヒラメのカダイフ包み 1760円
広島産カキと真イカのチーズクリームリゾット 1870円
連れの要請を受け予約しての初来店です。建物は昭和27年当時に建てられた米倉庫をベースにしてるとか。それと此方は日本野菜ソムリエ協会認定レストランです（認定書の写真あり）。
注文は自分がヒラメのカダイフ包み。連れがリゾットです。尚、カダイフって今日の今日まで聞いた事もなくお店のスタッフの方が説明してくれて初めて知りました。関係ありませんがカダフィ大佐はリビアの暴れん坊です。革命指導者ですな。華佗は曹操の典医です。
先ずは前菜、旬の野菜とヒラメのカルパッチョ。野菜は新鮮でヒラメも肉厚で食感がしっかりしてて美味いです。次にカボチャと香味野菜のスープ。これスンゴイ癖がありますね。ちと苦手。
メインのカダイフ包みですが残念ながら自分には良さがよく分かりません。確かに小洒落ており白身魚をカダイフで纏ってオーブンで焼いてるんだと思いますがヒラメの旨味的なのが感じ辛いです。養殖とは言え自社の新鮮なヒラメをふんだんに使えるのだしもう少し自分の様な素人にも分かりやすいヒラメの良さを感じ取れるようなメニュー（普通にムニエルとか）を追加希望です。十五穀米は量も多く料理にも合ってました。
連れのリゾットは大振りなカキが3個。少し味見してみましたが味付けが良く満足の行く物でした。
デザートの黒胡麻プリン美味しかったです。それと店内スタッフの気配り、接客がとても良くお見送りまでして頂きました。此方のお店は人気店の様で11時30分の予約来店でしたがほぼ満席、飛び込みで来たお客さんは断られてたようです。来店時は予約をしてからの方がよろしいかと思います。
