ここはマイレビの皆様が評価が高かったので間違いなく旨いんだろうと思ってお邪魔させていただきましたが、その想像していた旨さをかなり上回って旨かったですね。ここまで美味しい貝を食べたのは初めてかもしれません。
このお店は凄いです。
刺身はほぼ全て貝。一緒にのせていただいてたウニも強烈に旨い。
だいたい、つきだしのつぶ貝の含め煮から違う。貝が旨すぎる。
しばらく余韻に浸れると思います。
貝の旨味と甘み、食感、香り。
旨かった。
ごちそうさまでした！
