友人とでしたので、シェアで2品。
宮崎牛ハンバーグ
スペシャリテの蟹餡のフォアグラ茶碗蒸し
すこしバタバタしてたからかな。ハンバーグの
おとしどころがまだ定まってないのかな？？
蟹餡のフォアグラ茶碗蒸しも以前と比べるといい意味での濃厚さがちょっと弱くなっているように感じてしまった。
オーナーご夫妻が熱心に宮崎県中の焼酎蔵をまわりながら焼酎を宮崎市内の人に紹介したい！
という強い想いを持ちながらやられているので、そこを応援したいと思いました。
