宮崎市中央通りにある居酒屋さん「榮鶏庵（えいどりあん）」さんです。
今回は、奥さんと夜のデート。
お店を予約せずに、候補のお店を歩いてみながらグルグル。
で、このお店に決めました。
お店は、新装開店したばかりみたいです。
７時過ぎに入店したのですが、私たちが一番目だったみたいですね。
（９時過ぎに帰るときは満席でした）
さて、飲み物はリーズナブル！飲み放題（１５００円）にして
まずはビールで乾杯。
お通しが、「砂肝のカルパッチョ」
低温調理された、弾力のある砂肝に
ゴマ油の風味、薬味のミョウガが絶妙でおいしい。
では、料理を注文
「炙りしめ鯖」、薬味？が定番の「生姜」と「ネギ」バージョンと
「バジルソース」の２種類あるのがいいですね。
脂ののった鯖に、どちらも合いますね。これは、お勧めの一品。
私の、飲み物は、「レモンサワー」「赤ワイン」「焼酎ロック」と進みなか
料理は、
「揚げ出し豆腐」
「マルゲリータ」
「軟骨トマトソース」と進みます。
なんといっても、
ピザがとっても、おいしいですね。
今回はスタンダードに「マルゲリータ」にしましたが、
その他の種類が多いので、あれこれたのむのも面白そう。
ピザが出てくるあたりで、
奥さんが「えいどりあんって、ロッキーのエイドリアン？・・」
え！いま、気が付いたの・・これだけロッキーのイラストに囲まれて・・
でも、最近の子だったら知らないよね・・
私たちのテーブルを担当してくれたのは
多分、今日が初日の女の子。
お店の方々がむっちゃ指導、フォロー、
本人も、むっちゃ一生懸命感があって、いいですね。
楽しい時間、美味しい料理とお酒、ご馳走様でした。
後で知ったのだが・・
このお店は「Ｇｏ Ｔｏ Ｅａｔ」対象店でした。
ネットで予約していけばよかったのに・・残念。
