どれも柔らかい食感で、宮崎のじどっこって固いの多いけど、信じられないくらい柔らかい。
炭の香りも強すぎず、弱すぎずで箸が止まりません。
梅やげん
三四郎だし巻きと続きましたが、店名を付けるだけあって、美味しい。
味付けはおでんだしみたいな感じかな。
しっとりなんだけど、型崩れしない、焦げもない。

そぼろのぽろぽろ加減が大きさ、水分ともにベストでした。
焼酎ボトルで頼めて、呑助もそこまで金額上がらないのも良かった
メニュー数は多いわけじゃないけど、一品一品のクオリティが高いと満足度高いですね〜
客層も宮崎らしからぬ？
