The Christmas Eve special course was already delicious, but Il Sorriso's specialty "Crema di Bagna Cauda" at this time of year was delicious.Also, the thick pasteurized kueh was outstanding and paired well with the smoked milt. この前行ったヴィラデルニードにやっちゃん達も行っててびっくり。
泊まったホテルも一緒で更にびっくり

美味しかったなぁ
パスタはやっぱりイルソリーゾが1番好き

宮崎で1番好きなイタリアン
ここの冬の定番らしい"クルーム・ド・バーニャカウダー"がホントに美味しい☃️
トリュフを"味わう"ってのはこういうことかと実感しました
イタリアンやフレンチが好きになり、わざわざ県外まで食べに行くようにったのはil Sorrisoのお陰
今年見つけた1番美味しくて1番好きなお店でクリスマスディナーが頂けて心まで満足

素材の味を楽しむ和食のようなイタリアン
使う食材に拘ってるからこんなイタリアンが出来るんだろうなぁと勝手に思ってます笑

Fusion and genre-less cuisine are currently trendy. The appeal of Il Soliso is not that kind of fun. We don't tamper with the core of what makes a classic Italian Cuisine dish what it is. Other parts give off the Il Sorriso feel. It's difficult not to mess around too much. It's because they dare to take on difficult challenges and convey the passion they put into each dish that I feel so satisfied every time I come here. The conversation I had with the two people from Il Sorriso really made sense, and I felt like I got a glimpse of the core of Il Sorrizo's appeal, and I wanted to say something cool.I have too many choices when it comes to restaurants I go out of the prefecture to eat at. It's strange, and I'm looking forward to the next time I visit Il Sorriso.
