宮崎市内に店を構えるイタリアンレストラン「il Sorriso」さんに伺いました。
2016年3月にオープンされています。
アクセスは、日豊本線 宮崎駅より歩いて10分ほどです。
駅から続くメイン通りから路地を入ったハイカラ通りに面した建物「長ビル」1階です。
地中海をイメージする白い壁に木製の扉は、おしゃれな外観です。
店内にお邪魔すると外観と統一されたおしゃれな空間です。
テーブルにかけられた純白のクロスは、清潔感があります。
因みに店名の「il Sorriso」は、イタリア語で「微笑み」という意味だそうです。
本日いただいたメニューです。

①玄界灘のサーモン、日南の雲丹、ハーブのソース
②トマトのリピエーノ※自家製リコッタチーズが内に
③鹿児島･鹿屋の日本雉の自家製生ハム、雉のコンソメ
