I ordered the red sea bream cream pasta. When you heat fish, it falls apart into small pieces, so it's hard to eat it as a pasta ingredient. I don't use a spoon to eat pasta. The shiso leaves added as an accent make it refreshing and easy to eat. The taste is good, so I should think about how to combine it. I'll try other dishes.
