牛角初ランチ

久しぶりの牛角は初ランチで。
カルビばかりじゃ食べきれないので、カルビ＆ハラミランチ（1058円）を注文。
厚切りカルビ７５ｇ、ハラミが６０ｇのセットです。
２９０円のドリンクを注文すればお替わり無料のようですが、ドリンクはなしでお冷やとお茶をお願い。
カルビもハラミもかなりの厚切りで食べ応え十分です。
カルビの脂はそんなにきつくなく食べやすいです。
ハラミは歯ごたえがいいですね。
旨味はもっと欲しい気がしますが、まあランチのハラミとしては十分でしょうか。
個人的には、ハラミだけ、あるいはハラミとタンみたいなランチセットも欲しいところです。
割引券をもらったのでまたそのうち夜にも行ってみたいと思います。

初牛角

東京出身だけど、以前宮崎の中心街にも牛角あったけど、牛角ってすごい有名なお店ではあるけれど、これまで牛角に行ったことがありませんでした。
そんなこともありオープンし立ての牛角に立ち寄ることになりました。
夜７時過ぎの訪問で行列ができていて、聞こえてくる店員さんとほかのお客さんの話に耳を澄ましていると１時間以上待つとのこと。
４番目って聞いたし、食事を終えたお客さん結構出てくるのでそんなにい待つかなぁと思っていたら、やっぱりすぐ個室に通されましたｗ
メニューは単品、いろいろ食べられるプレミアムコース、食べ放題とあるようです。
最初でもあるし、結構良さそうな肉の色んな部位を楽しめそうな牛角プレミアムコースを注文しました。
メニュー表には２９８０円と記載があって消費税のことは何も書かれていないのですが、プラス消費税がかかって３２１８円になります。
焼肉屋としては普通かもしれませんが、結構しますね＾＾；
プレミアムコースは、チョレギサラダと前菜三種盛りに始まり、肉は霜降り上タン塩、熟成厚切りサガリ、みすじ、牛角カルビ、黒毛和牛カルビと続き、選べる肉が１種類追加できます。
自分はチキンバジル、妻がぼんちりをチョイス。
さらに選べる〆から麺類とデザートを１品ずつ選べるので、自分が牛角冷麺に牛角アイス、妻が石鍋ごまねぎラーメンに杏仁豆腐を注文しました。
ご飯も１杯無料サービスで、大・中・小と選べます。
肉で最初に出てくるタンは分厚いのにすごい柔らか、これはすごいタンが出てきたとその後の肉を期待させますが、肉質としては最初のタンが最上級でした。
その後は肉質が落ちていく感じ。
それでも牛角カルビとか悪くはなかったし、値段相応のまずまずといった感じ。
肉質で勝負できないのでタレでしっかり味付けされていますが。
麺は冷麺がなかなかいけました。
盛岡で食べた本場物と遜色ないくらい。
ラーメンより冷麺ですね。
オープンし立てということもあって、店員さんの仕事がかなり回っていない印象でした。
お冷やがすぐ出てこない、ご飯をお願いしてもなかなか出てこない、〆の麺を頼んでから結局１時間くらい出てこなかったり…
こんなところでカッカしても仕方ないので優しくおとなしく待っておきましたが、今回は総合点の減点対象にはしていません。

July 2018 This was my third visit after a long time. The parking lot was quite large and about half empty, so I thought it would be quiet, but I had to wait about 30 minutes. If the parking lot is full, it seems that you have to wait 1 to 2 hours ^^;; This time I decided to go for the all-you-can-eat option. I ordered the Gyukaku course (3,758 yen) which has over 100 items. I thought that ordering was done by touch panel, but an iPad was brought to me along with the first bowl of tontan salt. There are many all-you-can-eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants, but personally I like Gyukaku the best. The quality of the meat is not that great unless you order the most expensive course, but there are many different flavors and other menu items to enjoy besides meat. The king skirt steak, cheese fondue, lamb Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate), etc. were quite good. I also ordered hash browns, which were grilled on a grill like the meat, so I was a little surprised lol I ate my fill and finished with dessert. In the middle of the meal, a man who seemed to be the manager apologized profusely, saying, "I'm sorry for keeping you waiting," and "We keep our customers waiting even on weekdays." He happily told me, "I'm hoping to open a second restaurant soon, as I think I can get a loan from the bank." I thought he was a friendly guy, but it seems he's been saying the same thing to other customers lol.
