最近食べた中では一番おいしい唐揚げ
宮崎の繁華街にある地鶏のお店「あや鶏 宮崎橘通西店」さんです。
一番街のアーケードを抜けて左、マルショクの近くです。
結構大人数の宴会で利用させていただきました。
地鶏の料理がメインの3,480円飲み放題のコースです。
まずは、ビールで乾杯「ピッチャーのプレミアムモルツ」です。
手始めに、「地鶏のタタキとお刺身2種（ハマチ、サーモン）」です。
地鶏のタタキは生姜たっぷりのポン酢でいただきます。
弾力があって旨味があっておいしいですね。
そこに「マグロと鶏の山葵和え」「やみつきキュウリ」
飲んベーに直球の速攻おつまみですね。
お酒の速度も上がっていきます。
そして「鶏皮と根菜の炊き合わせ」
このほっこり感！いいですね。鶏のおいしいとこ丸ごと感がいい。
そこにサッパリめにサラダ、これは海藻とフレッシュ野菜
柚子の香りの高いドレッシング！海藻の食感がいい。
ここで「ひな鶏半身まるごと唐揚げ」！！
最近食べた唐揚げでは最高においしい。
なんだろう、なんだか懐かしい感じ
子供のころ（昭和）、近くのかしわ屋さん（鶏の専門店）で売ってた唐揚げが
こんな感じ、骨もいっしょのぶつ切り唐揚げ。とってもおいしい。
皮がぱりっと、肉はジューシー、スパイスと塩加減が絶妙です。
ここに「豚バラと厚揚げの甘辛炒め」
ここまで鶏中心だったのに、でも甘辛うまし！
ごはんが欲しい感じですね。
そして〆は「旨辛そぼろご飯」
生姜がきいていて旨い。
これは、がらスープと柑橘系プラスで
サラサラいくバージョンがあれば最強ですね。
デザートにアイスにチョコソース
ここまでが、とっても完璧なコースだったので
このデザートが、ちょっと違和感・・・
レモンや日向夏のシャーベットの方がいいのでは
これはとってもお勧めの居酒屋さんです。
「ひな鶏半身まるごと唐揚げ」は特にお勧めです。

宮崎市橘通西にある居酒屋さん「あや鶏」です。
マルショクの裏の通り、ビルの二階にあります。
飲む放題でリーズナブルなお店なので、職場の飲み会でよく使うお店です。
今回も職場の飲み会。大人数にならないように開催です。
コース料理でしたが、やはり「鶏」料理が種類も豊富。
まずはお通しの４品が鶏ずくし
「鶏のたたき」がもも身と胸身の２種
「鶏ハム」にはバジルソース
「うずらの卵」もピリ辛です。
「シーザーサラダ」に「サーモンと鴨のカルパッチョ」
「鶏と根野菜の煮物」も優しい味です。
さらに「鶏のたたき」が三種
「つくね」は温泉卵付きです。
でも「あや鶏」で一番おいしいのは
「唐揚げ」ですね。半身をからっと揚げたものを
ダン、ダン、ダンとぶつ切りに
とっても食べ応えがあって、シンプルに旨い。
締めは「鶏の炊き込みご飯」に「デザート」です。
鶏づくしですね。
飲み物は飲み放題なのですが、

スマホから注文するスタイルで、なれると便利ですね。
