宮崎の誇るチーズ工房、ダイワファームのチーズを惜しげもなく使い焼き上げられたクワトロフォルマッジは最高です。
ブルーチーズの香り、塩っ気が赤ワインとメチャメチャ合います。はちみつをかけると味変でまた楽しい。
ナポリピザより宮崎ピザをお勧めですね。
