地鶏専門店「粋仙」が場所を新たに移転オープン。
以前は宮崎駅近くのガード下で営業していた。
小屋のような独特な店構えから一転、新しい店舗はモダンな造り。
予約なしでの訪問。多少待ちはしたもののなんとかカウンター席へ。
串はとり身と思われる正肉以外品切れ。
メインの地鶏の炭火焼きは残ってて一安心。
前回訪問時は固く感じた地鶏は今回は火入れも良く程よい弾力。
噛むほどに地鶏の旨みが出てきて美味しい。
串がないので一品ものを中心に注文。
軟骨入り揚げつくね、手羽ギョーザ、エリンギバター。
どれもしっかり作りこまれていて良い感じ。
ただアルコールはサワー系が全部品切れ。。
串はまだしもアルコールまで品切れ状態というのは残念でならない。
ちょっと消化不良の感じではあったかな。
次は早めの時間帯に伺いたい。ごちそうさまでした。
