やって参りました「粋仙」。
普段は飲まないのですが飲んでみました焼酎。
炭火焼きをしてるお兄さんが忙しいのにおススメ焼酎を選んで説明してくれました。優しい。
宮崎地頭鶏の刺し5点盛りは残念ながら要予約。
ってことで赤鶏の4点盛りと単品地頭鶏ささみ刺し。
赤鶏のささみと地頭鶏のささみ食べ比べになったけど、赤鶏の方が弾力がある?地頭鶏の方が柔らかい感じ。
でも地頭鶏の方が味に深みがあります。
結果・・・どっちも美味い!
そしてハラミ。これって鶏?ホルモンみたいな食感。凄く旨くて美味い。
そしてそして名物だけど食べることはないと思っていた冷や汁食べてみました。
なぜかって?そりゃここの料理は全部美味しいからだよ。
温かいご飯に冷たい汁って・・・ぱくぱく。うん、美味い。
ねこまんまとは違う。でも味噌味っちゃ味噌味。きゅうりも入ってる。
でも美味しい。凄く美味しい。
はあ・・・良いお店と出会えました。
