こちらのお店、鳥も魚も美味いんだとか!
さて、まずは地ビールでカンパイ、小麦の香りが豊かな甘めのビール。
普段と違う味でスタートするのもいいですね~。
さて、刺身は熟成ブリと熟成マグロ。
ブリはねっとり感&旨味。
マグロは脂が十分にまわっている感じ。
生臭みのない味わい、すりおろしワサビをちょちょいとつけて。
鶏肉もいいですよ!
串焼きおまかせ5本。
1本1本がなかなかのボリュームです。
そして味わいがいいのです。
それぞれの串で味わいや歯ごたえが異なります。
部位ごとにこれだけ味や食感が違うんだね~って改めて感じさせてくれました。
それに合わせたのが千徳の熟成酒。
香り穏やか、若干の酸味も感じられる、上質な日本酒でした。
ああ、宮崎に来たときには通ってしまいたくなる。
