PR for restaurants |
A sophisticated drinking spot for adults, filled with love for Miyazaki Prefecture. Immerse yourself in the deliciousness of freshly-slaughtered Miyazaki Prefecture chicken and a wide selection of shochu!
{3 minutes walk from Miyazaki Station} If you want to enjoy freshly slaughtered local chicken delivered straight from the poultry farm and Local Cuisine, head to "Ikisen"! The owner, who knows Miyazak |
This was my fourth stop on a business trip to Miyazaki. This restaurant was recommended by a colleague from Miyazaki. I went straight to a counter seat, and it was a special seat! Two types of binchotan grilled chicken: Miyazaki Jidori and Akadori. I like the texture of the parent chicken, so I chose the small Akadori. I also ordered a four-piece sashimi platter. Then, pillars of flames rose from the grill in front of me! It was a charcoal-grilled fire show. Then, it appeared in front of me. I took a bite of the freshly grilled chicken right away. Delicious! Outstanding elasticity, charcoal aroma, perfect saltiness, all the flavor of the chicken is locked in. Super juicy, and it goes great with beer! Next, the sashimi: chicken breast, gizzard, gizzard fin, and four pieces of heart. I served the chicken breast with ponzu sauce and the rest with Kyushu soy sauce. Everything was super fresh and delicious! Of particular note was the gizzard fin, which had a great crunchy texture and went perfectly with the sweet soy sauce.
