I've always wanted to visit Iwanaga Cafeterias. My wish came true and I visited in the pouring rain to celebrate my mother's birthday. There are only 8 seats, so it's quite difficult to make a reservation. This time there were 5 of us, so when we made the reservation we were asked to go for a course, so we chose the middle course for 8,000 yen. The 6,000 yen course has Miyazaki beef cheek stew as the main dish, the 8,000 yen course has Miyazaki beef cheek stew + blue cheese Miyazaki Beef Cutlet, and the 10,000 yen course has Miyazaki beef cheek stew + blue cheese Miyazaki Beef Cutlet + Miyazaki beef Steak bowl. It was delicious from the start! There were many a la carte dishes that I wanted to try, so I was looking forward to what was to come. I enjoyed the blue cheese cutlet sandwich as well as the simple fried rice, which I also had a separate stomach for. The fruit salad was also excellent. I recommend it!
