宮崎駅近『アートホテル宮崎スカイタワー2F』
鰻屋には珍しい、牛肉をも出す店。
宮崎牛サーロイン肉の迫力に完全に鰻が呑まれている。
旬を外している事もあり、鰻のクオリティと焼き加減は些か不満。牛肉と共盛りは反則手であった。
地元『都農ワイナリー』マスカット•ベリーAは冷やし気味の感は否めないが、温度が上がるにつれ華やかな香りに包まれる。
ホテル内なので直営かテナントかは分からないが、良くも悪くもホテル的接客。
当たり前だが？数ある割引サービスの事は一言も触れず精算される。あれ程、話をしたのに…。
