宮崎といえば鰻と思い、人気店を探していて見つけました。
大通りから中に入ったビジネスホテルの2階にあり若干分かりづらい場所にあります。
店内は広くゆったりとしていますが、高級感は有りません。
蒲焼と白焼の合い盛り(5,500円)を頂きました。
注文を受けてから焼き始める為、20分くらい待ち時間があります。
肉厚のしっかりとした身を程良く焼き上げており、香ばしさとホクホクの食感にご飯が進みます。
個人的には、こちらのように蒸さずに焼きだけの方が、美味しく感じます。
結構なボリュームでしたが、あっという間に頂きました。ご馳走様でした。
