概要：店内愛犬同伴可能な、宮崎市のステーキレストラン。地元の霧島和牛を県内産の薪で調理した薫り高いステーキを愛犬同伴で楽しめます。
TheTerrace（ザ・テラス）は、宮崎市にあるステーキハウスです。霧島連山で育まれた霧島和牛を、牧場から精肉店・レストランまで自社一貫体制にすることで、高品質低価格の良いお肉を提供しているお店です。また店舗に隣接する精肉店でお持ち帰りのお肉を買って帰ることも可能です。
愛犬同伴可能条件としては、店内個室および屋外テラス席で同伴可能です。気候が良い時には屋外のテラス席を、寒冷時および天候不順の際は店内席を利用するなど、適宜使い分けることが可能です。ちなみに店内席は個室のため、予約が推奨されます。ご予定が決まり次第、店舗にご連絡ください。なお今回伺ったのは11月初旬の週末の夜で、当日連絡して個室の予約をしてから伺いました。
今回注文したのは、Cコース（8800円、メインが経産牛と未経産牛のステーキの食べ比べコース）でした。アミューズ・テラスサラダ・前菜（この日はパテ盛り合わせ）・スープ・フォッカチャ・ステーキ2種食べ比べ（経産牛・未経産牛）・パスタ・デザートです。また愛犬には自家製霧島牛のジャーキーをプレゼントしていただきました。メインのステーキ二種は、薪で焼き上げられいずれも稀有なほどに薫り高く、芳醇な良い肉質でとても美味しくいただきました。またアミューズやパテなどのお肉も満足できる味わいで、肉好きの方が満足できる味わいとボリュームと思いました。なおランチタイムは、メインの肉料理一品に、前菜・サラダ・スープ・デザートが自由に楽しめるハーフビュッフェを提供しているため、ディナータイムよりお手軽にお腹いっぱい楽しめるので、まずはお昼の時間に行っても良いかと思います。
愛犬同伴で宮崎自産の美味しい食事や和牛を楽しみたい方であれば、こちらのお店はとてもお薦めできます。もし愛犬同伴で宮崎観光するのであれば、こちらのお店に行かれることを推奨いたします。もちろん、愛犬同伴でない方でも十分楽しめるかと思います。
