Is there anything delicious? This is the store where I found this rare and delicious food. A restaurant where you can eat Niigata's soba "Hegisoba", which is rare in Miyazaki. Speaking of Hegisoba, I bought it at a department store during the ``Niigata Exhibition'' and when I ate it, I was struck by its smooth and refreshing taste. By the way, ``Hegi soba'' is what I found on the internet, but it is cut soba noodles made with soba noodles using seaweed (seaweed) as a binder and served in a bowl called a hegi. Just the word that it uses funoori gives me a feeling that it will be delicious. That's why I visited♪ I chose a course meal with all-you-can-drink included. It was delicious, but the Egisoba I was looking for was the most delicious. It seems like you can eat soba noodles on their own, so I thought it would be good to finish the dish.
