This is a new restaurant that promotes Miyazaki chicken (Tsumajidori, Nichinan chicken, Miyazaki Jidokko). I was walking through Chuo-dori and thought, ``Huh? Before I knew it...!!'' . But it seems like it was open at the end of May...which means I haven't been to the city center that much. First, I tried the ``charcoal-grilled Tsuma Jidori'', which I thought was definitely delicious. An exquisite dish that is not only soft but also chewy, aromatic, and juicy! “Tsukimi Tsukune” is also a waste at 300 yen! Feels good! delicious! I heard that they were looking for new dishes, so I received the "Chicken Ham". The ham was crisp and packed with flavor, and was served with vinegared miso from the beginning.``Perhaps it would be better to leave the seasonings such as vinegared miso and salt to each person,'' he said cheekily. I also expressed my opinion, and it was because the chicken ham was well-made, but I wonder if I got my point across properly...
