宮崎市大塚町にある「鶏焼肉と米」のお店 「トリホルテルヤ」さんです
大塚町のメイン通り、太陽銀行とかの近くでです
前は焼き鳥の「恵み屋」さんだったところですね
「鶏焼肉」！私的には新しいジャンルです
前から気になっていたのですが、きょうは休日 昼間っから飲む気満々でやってきました
カウンター席があるので、「お一人様」に気軽に利用できます
ランチは、「鶏焼肉定食」がメインです
「黒」名物トリホル（醤油ダレ）、「赤」ピリ辛だれ（コチジュン）、「白」特製塩だれ
があるのですが、その三つとも楽しめる
「鶏焼肉（三種）定食」１５００円を注文しました
そして「生ビール」
このお店名物の「レモンサワー飲み放題」は夜だけらしく残念
どうせ「生ビール」も飲むつもりだったのでＯＫです
さて「鶏焼肉定食」
まずはドーンと「釜炊き白ご飯」
それに「サラダ」と「漬物」、「鶏汁」です それに「鶏三種」
「釜炊き白ご飯」をしっかり蒸らしながら
まずは「鶏焼肉」です
卓上の薬味ダレの種類が豊富なのも嬉しい
「自家製醤油ダレ」「刻み生姜デレ」「アイオリソース」
「食べるラー油ダレ」「ネギ塩レモンダレ」 と揃ってます
あれこれ、味の変化を楽しみながら
「釜炊き白ご飯」で食べる「鶏焼肉」 最高に旨い！楽しい！
私的には「ピリ辛たれ＋アイオリソース」と「特製塩だれ＋刻み生姜」が好き
生ビールもお替わりして、焼酎のロックまでいだだきました
スタッフの対応もとってもキビキビ丁寧で、
今度は是非、夜、本格的に「一人飲み」に着たいですね
