久々に街中に蕎麦を食べに行きました。
昨年オープンされたたけ乃さん。
へぎそば自体初めて見聞きするものですが、
つなぎに海藻を使っているんですね。珍しい！
大海老と野菜の天せいろにしました。
他、メニューを見たらのっぺ汁が気になりました。
他、昼飲みのビールや一品料理もあるみたいです。
初へぎそば。
うちの母親がソーメンを出す時にこのように巻く
のですが、食べやすいです♪
確かに香りが海藻系で喉越しで食べる麺かなと
思いました。蕎麦の香りは感じませんが、
めんつゆをたっぷりまとわせて美味しく頂きまし
た。
天ぷらは海老の衣が重く感じましたが、野菜は
さくさくっと美味しかったです。
海藻ということでネバネバを使っているのです
かね？蕎麦との相乗効果で美容にも健康にも
ありがたい一品です。
