仕事仲間がどうしても鳥刺しを食べたい。
と言うので、お店を検索。ところがホテル近くの
鳥刺しを提供出来るお店は、どこも満席。
今回、運の良い事？に1人お酒を飲まない人が
いたので、宿泊先の南郷駅近くから日南駅まで
車で30分近くかけて移動、「睦月」さんへ。
カウンター６席程度、テーブル３卓、小上がりも
あり10人程度は入れそうです。
店内はシックな木調でまとめられ、モダンで
落着いた雰囲気です。
注文は「地鶏レバー盛り」650円
「新潟グルメタレカツ」580円
「大根の天ぷら」400円「あん肝ポン酢」600円
「地鶏レバー盛り」があったので、他の鳥刺しも
あると思いこんでしまいましたが、
実際はこれしかありませんでした。
さすが「地鶏レバー盛り」は絶品です。
すでにごま油ベースのタレが絡まっています。
プリ、トロっとした舌触り、鮮度が凄く
とても美味しい!!
「新潟グルメタレカツ」はハムカツの様な
薄いカツに、甘辛い独特のソースが付いています。
ソースに漬かっていても、カリっとしていて
これ、ビールのつまみに最高です。
大根の天ぷら、お塩でいただきました。
噛むと中から大根汁？が溢れてきます。
ジューシーな１品です。
飲み物は地元の焼酎「飫肥杉」と「松の露」を
いただきました。宮崎も鹿児島と同じく沢山の
焼酎メーカーがありますね。
地元の銘柄色々楽しめて、楽しいです。
メニューはそれほそ多くありませんが、
小洒落た料理を提供してくれるお店です。
