テレビで以前見たので近くにきた際によってみました(^^)
濃厚魚介豚骨ラーメン細麺に味玉とバラチャーシューにネギをトッピング。
良い意味でほどよく豚骨の臭みを残してあるスープは魚介もほのかに香ります。
濃厚とはいえ脂ギトギトではなく、しっとりしたというイメージのスープ。
柔らかですがしっかり旨味があり、魚粉を溶かして味変出来るのも良いですね◎
チャーシューはロースとバラ両方ともしっかり丁寧に作られているのを感じられ、このチャーシューならチャーシュー丼なんかも美味しそうです＼(^o^)／
あっさり好きな人も、臭いのが好きな人も行けそうなラーメン。
麺は太麺のほうが合いそうだったかなぁ（笑）
