ラッキーなことにおでん鍋前のカウンターに座ることができました。
70年のおでんつゆは優しい味です。なので素材の味がダイレクトに感じられて、胃が食べ疲れません。
おでんダネは店主が良いと思うものだけしか使っていません。
特に美味しかったのは、豊洲から取り寄せている鮫のはんぺんでした。口の中で優しく溶けていくさまはこれまで味わったことはありません。素晴らしいはんぺんでした。
ジャガイモからは芋の香りがして、素材を楽しむおでんです。
宮崎牛のスジは、口の中で溶けていきます。ボリューミーなスジは締めにもってこいです。
途中で軟骨の味噌煮をいただきました。柔らかくて甘くて最高ですね。焼酎に合うでしょう。
２人で行ったので、切り分けてくれるなど気遣いも良かったです。
