知人の集まりで利用しました。
2,000円のコースに飲み放題1,000円をプラスしての利用でした。
まず最初に御通しではなく自家製豆腐に醤油のジュレが乗せられたものでした。 お豆腐はほんのりと甘く美味しい感じで、醤油もジュレにすることで程よい食感がプラスされることで美味しくいただけました。
次にネギマ、小肉、レバー、ボンジリ、ウズラの卵、ピーマンの中にトウモロコシとチーズを入れて、豚肉で巻いたものが提供されました。どの串もですが、火は通っていますが、絶妙にレアに仕上がっていてジューシーでした。 火が通り過ぎていないのがとても良かったです。
串が全て提供された後に御通しが、運ばれて来ました。 順番が違うように思いましたが、お肉でくどくなっていた口の中が、大根と烏賊の煮物でさっぱりして、これはこれでありかもと思いました。
厚揚げに鰹節がかけられたものとジャガイモチーズ明太が提供されましたが、厚揚げは、如何にもおつまみといったお手軽な感じで、お酒が進みましたし、ジャガイモはお腹にどっしりたまっていく感じが良かったです。 最後にバニラアイスのきな粉かけが提供され、さっぱりと終了となりました。
こちらのお店は串がどれも美味しくいただけたのが非常に良かったと思いました。
次はコースでは無く、単品で食べたい物注文してみたいと思いました。
