This is a restaurant that a local brought me to during a business trip to Miyakonojo. Located in Muta Town. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the place was reserved. It seems that they have put a lot of thought into the menu, and in addition to the standard Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu, there are also some dishes that you don't often see, such as horsemeat yukhoe and white liver. I ordered a variety of things, and they all seemed to have good taste, but the chicken fillet Grilled skewer were especially delicious! This is a masterpiece that is perfectly grilled and allows you to really taste the flavor of Grilled skewer chicken fillet. Also, the peacorn cheese was impressive. This is an original menu item, so green peppers are stuffed with corn and cheese, wrapped in pork belly, and baked. As you can imagine, it was delicious! I also like that the tatami seats are horigotatsu (horigotatsu).
