宮崎県都城市、元々とり乃屋があった場所ですが、近くへ移転されまして、その跡地にできたのがこちらのお店です。
２階建てのお店でして、とり乃屋を思い出させてくれるお店の雰囲気です。
とり乃屋自体は、県外に進出する等、いろいろと勢力を強めていますが、こちらのお店はメニュー等を拝見すると別系統のような気がします。
今回は飲み放題のコース料理でしたが、ビールのグラスは保温性のグラスでして、二重底になっています。
お店の雰囲気からして、このグラスは量が少なくなると捉える人が多いかもしれませんね。
飲み放題のビールは２杯まででしたので、なおさら。冷える間もなく飲む人が飲み放題だと多い気がしますしね。
他にも日本酒やワインやその他のお酒も種類が多いです。
料理は鳥刺身や焼鳥、からあげ等の鶏がメインとなっていまして、店名がメニューを表しているのだなと思います。
串に刺さった焼鳥は都城では珍しいんですよ！
色々なメニューが作り立てで出てくるのはありがたいですし、配膳もスムーズです。
ただ今回、一番印象的なのは電話対応の素晴らしさ、色々と配慮がある対応は都城随一だと思います。
これが理由のリピーターも多そうですね。
