"Torizen" is Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) located in Muta-cho, Miyakonojo City. It is located along the city road heading towards Kirishima from the Nakamachi intersection on National Route 10. The "Torizen" lantern that shines brightly in the darkness is a landmark. One of the counter seats. I sat alone in the back of the store and ordered a draft beer. The mug is made of metal and light, but it's vacuum processed, so the beer stays cold. The ``Senbonzuke'' appetizer is very delicious. First, we ordered Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers): ``Sand Zuri'', ``Heart'', ``Negima'', and ``Liver''.The size, grilling, and saltiness were just right, making it crisp and delicious. I had the ``liver'' grilled with sauce, which was soft, rich, and delicious. I guess it's the freshness.The drink is refreshing and easy to drink, like the ``Kuro Kirishima Highball,'' which is also featured in TV commercials. I could drink as many glasses of this as I wanted.I also ordered the Tonpeiyaki (Tonpeiyaki), which was quite filling and had a nice melty texture from the cheese and the bold texture of the cabbage. Very delicious. At the end, we had "Kuro Kirishima" on the rocks and it was over. Delicious Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and sake. Thank you for the meal.
