牟田町にある焼肉みひろが広原の牛匠のあとに新店舗を出しており、気になっていたので伺ってみることにヽ(・∀・)ノ
飲み屋街から外れているので年末でも前日に予約を取ることができました。
座席につくとテーブルにタブレット端末が。
いま注文はタッチパネルになってるんですね◎
最近そういう店が増えてきてます。
そんなこんなで四人前盛合せやネギ塩タン、牛の握り、丸腸などをオーダー。
ネギ塩タンはカッチカチの冷凍状態で出てきて、牛の握りは前よりサシが少なくて高級感なくなったなと。
丸腸も食べて思ったのですが、臭みがあり、脂がしつこく、牟田町店で３年前に食べた肉よりだいぶ質が落ちましたね(´・c_・`)
そして瓶ビールがぬるかった(笑)
冷えてないのは持ったらわかりそうですけどね～。
冷えてないので生ビールで良いかくらい聞きにくるオペレーションがあってもよいのかなと。
軽い胃もたれ状態で店をでまして、お会計はひとり6000円くらい。
