宮崎県都城市、元々あった焼き肉店が東京進出していまして、そこを買い取ったのがこちらのお店。
牟田町に本店がありまして、そちらを利用するときは宴会利用が多いので、安めの飲み放題コースがメインなんですよね～。
そういう意味ではこちらのお店の本領をまだ知らないわけですが、この日は東京からの客人と一緒にランチでこちらを利用しました。
駐車場もしっかりと用意されていまして、店内は個室がメインになっていますので、接待等でも使えそう。
タブレット端末での注文形式になっていまして、これは都城では非常に先進性が高い取り組みです（笑）
ランチも10種類以上ありまして、色々と楽しめますが、私は気になった焼きすきランチを選択です。
1,000円代で色々な焼き肉の選択肢がありますので、家族連れからオフィシャルな場まで色々使えそうですねぇ。
焼きすきランチはすき焼き用のお肉を焼いて、すき焼きのタレと卵黄に絡めるのですが、脂がノリノリの牛が出てきました。
肉の産地都城で、このように気の利いたランチは少ないと思っていたので、これは嬉しい！
牛脂で脂をぬって焼くのですが、こちらを焼くと脂が弾けます、炎も上がるぐらいのジュワワ感。
これを片面３～５秒で軽くやき、濃いめのタレと卵黄を合わせると、オンザライスをせずにはいられません。
柔らかく肉も美味しいので、お代わりしたいのですが、ここはグッと我慢。
他にも色々とありましたが、焼きすきと焼きしゃぶランチが、これまで都城になかったスタイルとしてヒットしそうな予感がし
ました。
お酒を飲みたくはありますが、場所がちょっと不便なのが玉に疵でしょうか…
しかし、良いお店であることには間違いなしだと思います！
